The longer the subservience, the harder to break,
If the mind’s conditioned, sadly, freedom can wait,
Generations who’ve known nothing but slavery,
Won’t grasp it’s severity, or show much bravery.
They’ll accept this fate, until a way out, they’re shown,
Even then, they may resist, fearing the unknown,
Aspiring liberators will need patience aplenty,
Liberty, when will we finally avenge thee?

The message behind this piece can apply to so many other topics, such as our views towards different sexes or races; our subscription to the “rat race”; the way that we abuse this planet of ours, it’s resources and wildlife; and there are so many others I could mention, but we’d be here all day!
It’s a very important subject though, where enslaved minds get so used to their subjugation, that many of them actually help in keeping the system, that has bound and degraded them so thoroughly, alive and thriving! It totally beggars belief, but is all too common.
So, can you think of any things that have been widely adopted and maintained without question by the masses, which do not actually benefit us, but rather keep us in our place; oppress us and rebuke our basic human rights; or may even endanger our very survival?
It’s scary just how many you may be able to think of, when you give it a little bit of thought. Not that we should overly dwell on this fact though, do what you can to flip it on it’s back, but most importantly, despite all this, like the song in the film “The Life Of Brian” says… always look on the bright side of life!
Love and Respect always,
