Whispers the red-clothed wordsmith,
Had a very shiny head,
And if you ever saw it,
You’d know that his hair had shed,
Some of the hairy people,
Used to laugh and call him names,
But Whispers, he kept on shining,
‘Cos he knew we are all the same!
I was gearing up to write another festively themed micro-poem, but for some reason, I got a strong urge to touch on bullying and alienation too, so I figured, hey, why not do both, with a bit of humour mixed in too!
Using Rudolph the red-nosed reindeer as my muse, along with my own shiny-headed oddness, I sculpted the piece above, because even when people try and put us down for being different, we should slay anyway!
Never let anybody dull your shine, or make you ashamed of it, stand up and shine bright like a Supernova, be the star you were born to be!
Love and Respect always,
