Instincts at work,
Common sense swerved,
Toxins, we digest,
How can well-being,
While many of us mean well, there are vices of a visceral nature, that come from an instinctual rather than an intellectual place, almost like a reflex action to certain stimulus or emotions.
We may well know that these vices are bad, unwholesome or unhealthy, but they can be triggered at a subconscious level, and can be hard to overcome.
The way to combat them, is to analyse your life, and any vices you find, you’ll need to locate the root cause of them or main fuel source for them, then swiftly remove it.
Modifying our daily habits to include positive affirmations, such as picturing a better future for yourself, speaking positively about yourself and your life each day, can really help to keep these urges at bay, while giving you the strength to begin making those positive visualisations a reality.
