Heads up, I’m a hugger, through and through,
You’ll get a good squeeze, if you like hugs too,
Don’t get me wrong, I’m not one to impose,
You’ll only get one, if it’s mutually chose.
If you prefer waves, that’s what you’ll receive,
Handshakes, I’ll connect at the end of your sleeve,
But when a warm snuggle, is more your thing,
This runway’s clear, go ahead, bring it in!
Did you know, that hugging increases your levels of the “love hormone” oxytocin. It reduces the effects of stress, and reduces your blood pressure and heart rate.
A hug for 10 seconds per day, helps boost your immune system, reduce fatigue and ease depression. Now, who says hugs aren’t magic! 😉
Well, call me Olaf, because… “I like warm hugs!” 🤣🤣🤣
