Ear to ear, as wide as can be,
A big happy smile, resonating with glee,
Body convulsing from hilarity,
The roars of laughter, in need of release.
Cheek muscles burning, pleasure and pain,
Back of the head, really feeling the strain,
Fun makes dopamine flow to the brain,
Wondrous moments, long may they remain.
We’ve all been there, with our face aching, eyes tearing up, but for the best of reasons… because we are laughing lots and having fun with our friends and family.
Can you remember the last time you felt like this? If not, then you’re definitely overdue another dose of smiles and giggles!
