You’ve been doing lengths inside my mind,
Dwelling in my pool, more than Olympic Swimmers,
Awake, asleep, it matters not, you splash about inside,
I revel in having you in my brain, while you shimmer.
No floats, nothing to restrict your submersion,
Just strokes and styles… breast, back, and butterfly,
Not in it for a medal, just an athlete’s perversion,
Freestyle, do what you want while your here, don’t be shy.
Have you ever had something or someone occupy your every thought, like your brain had been taken over in some sort of coup?
It’s not necessarily a bad thing, it depends on what was or is occupying your mind-pool. For instance, the love of your life swimming about in there, is a beautiful thing!
Love and Respect always,
